📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage motor insurance claims from inception to final resolution
• Utilize our in-house claims management system (CMS) to track and update claim statuses
• Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of accident scenes and vehicle damage
• Collaborate with our claims adjusters and surveyors to ensure accurate and timely claim settlements
• Maintain detailed records of all claims activities and communications
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in motor insurance claims processing
• Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders throughout the claims process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in the motor insurance sector
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
