As a Human Resources & Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding the most qualified candidates for our crew positions. You'll work closely with our fleet managers and captains to understand their specific needs, and leverage your industry knowledge to attract top talent. Your daily tasks will include conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills and certifications, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source, screen, and recruit highly skilled and qualified candidates for crew positions.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, certifications, and experience.
Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with fleet managers and captains to understand crew requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Manage the onboarding process, including document verification, orientation, and training.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in maritime recruitment.
Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, fleet managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime recruitment or human resources, preferably in the shipping or offshore industry.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for crew positions.
Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other HR platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
