📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards of quality.
• Manage and train kitchen and service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to health regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present daily reports on operations and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing hot kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
