As an Export-Import Freight Forwarder Specialist, you will handle the entire logistics process for personal effects, from initial client inquiries to final delivery. You will use tools like SAP and SeaStar to manage shipments, and you will need to stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations and customs procedures. With 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in personal effects, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire logistics process for personal effects shipments, including customs clearance, documentation, and transportation.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their expectations are met.
• Work with logistics partners to secure the most cost-effective and efficient transportation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on the status of their shipments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services and attract new clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in freight forwarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding, particularly in personal effects.
• Proven track record of managing personal effects shipments from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP and SeaStar.
