With a focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to the highest standards of service, we are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice on skincare routines, and maintaining the integrity of our product inventory. Your daily interactions will be the first touchpoint for our clients, making your role crucial in shaping their experience and loyalty to our brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting the right skincare and cosmetic products based on their skin type, concerns, and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain a well-organized and attractive product display to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock and organize products to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders for delivery or pickup.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty, cosmetics, or pharmacy-related role.
• Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products, including brands and their benefits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the beauty industry.
• Ability to lift and carry products up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
