Marketing Graphic Designer (Consumer Packaged Goods)

AbroadWorks Inc. is a dynamic marketing agency specializing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands across Indonesia. We're looking for a talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team in Jakarta Raya and help us create stunning visuals that captivate consumers and drive brand growth.

In this role, you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for multi-brand campaigns. You'll use industry-leading tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and digital assets that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, and promotional content for CPG brands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for multi-brand campaigns.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva to produce high-quality visual assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.
• Conduct market research to inform design decisions and ensure relevance to target audiences.
• Manage and maintain design files and assets in a centralized system.
• Provide design support to other teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in the marketing and advertising industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong understanding of CPG branding and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and experience in CPG marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media design standards.
