📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure a seamless shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized sales floor, ensuring products are presented attractively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and new arrivals to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Promote sales and special offers to customers, encouraging them to make purchases.
• Uphold the store’s policies and procedures, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or similar role in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and understand English fluently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Fashion-forward, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for luxury fashion.
• Experience with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
• Enthusiasm for the fashion industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
