📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitoring team performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Delegating tasks to team members and ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.,Maintaining accurate records of all operations and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.,Identifying and addressing any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of operational strategies and goals.,Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and that customer satisfaction is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus.,Familiarity with operational and administrative procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
