📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
