In this role, you will play a crucial part in our construction cost consultancy services, providing expert advice and support to our clients in Bali.,As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the cost planning, budgeting, and control processes for construction projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget and forecasted.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost breakdowns, variance analyses, and cost performance indices.,Advise on cost-saving opportunities and recommend cost-effective solutions.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor project progress and identify any cost-related issues.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost proposals.,Provide expert advice and support to clients on cost-related matters and project performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.,Strong knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices.,Proficient in using cost management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, and Excel.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve cost-related issues.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations is a plus.
