📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing patient counseling.,Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records and medication histories.,Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and medication orders.,Monitor and report any adverse drug reactions or medication errors.,Stock and organize pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring proper storage and expiration dates.,Educate patients and staff on proper medication usage and safety.,Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmaceutical software and inventory management systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Valid pharmacist assistant certification or license.
