📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations and company policies.,Identifying and recommending improvements to internal controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit plans and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business operations and risks.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in internal auditing and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a retail or related industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and internal controls.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant systems.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks and issues.,Knowledge of sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
