📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects.,Review and analyze project specifications, drawings, and technical data to develop comprehensive cost estimates.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals and constraints.,Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or budget.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations to optimize project costs.,Prepare and submit cost reports, including cost breakdowns, variance analyses, and other relevant financial information.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cost-related activities and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimation or cost engineering.,Proven track record of accurate and efficient cost estimation for M&E projects.,Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and materials.,Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations is a plus.
