📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Conduct training needs analysis and design training solutions,Assess and measure the impact of training programs on employee performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and technologies,Proficient in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance regulations,Experience in e-learning or blended learning is a plus
