📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store associates, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
