📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and execute safe and efficient maritime operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime laws and regulations.,Maintain and inspect vessels to ensure they are in good condition.,Coordinate with crew members to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to the voyage.,Handle emergencies and implement safety protocols as required.,Report to management on the status of operations and any issues encountered.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other necessary maritime certifications.,Proven track record of safe and efficient maritime operations.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Familiarity with navigation systems and maritime software.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
