📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment support.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and professional associations to identify and attract top talent.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
