📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate department.,Check guests in and out, and ensure their comfort and satisfaction during their stay.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk and waiting area.,Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.,Handle and manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and managing event spaces.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
