Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Source, screen, and recruit top talent for various positions within the company.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and other external partners.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our recruitment strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and developing top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is preferred.
