📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes to ensure the highest standards of product quality.,Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to identify and resolve any issues or defects in our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and product management, to ensure that quality is integrated into all stages of the product lifecycle.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and testing.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management on the status of quality assurance efforts and any issues or concerns that may arise.,Work closely with our customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that our products meet or exceed those expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with a strong track record of success in leading QA teams.,Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies and processes.,Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.,Proficiency in a variety of testing tools and technologies, including but not limited to automated testing frameworks, test management tools, and performance testing tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues or challenges.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
