📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying risks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and perform audits.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Providing support to the audit manager in planning and coordinating audit activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO) is a plus.
