📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies as needed.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using office software and project management tools.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
