Star Diamond Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Inventory Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely. As an Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and supporting our sales team with product information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update inventory records in the company's inventory management system,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy,Process and manage purchase orders and invoices,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products,Support the sales team by providing product information and availability,Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed,Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus,Strong organizational and time management skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken
