Berkah Joko Health Center is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and selection process for all job openings.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing.,Lead and mentor the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with health and wellness programs is a plus.
