📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
Help maintain employee records and HR databases using tools like BambooHR or similar systems.
Assist with employee engagement activities, such as surveys and feedback sessions.
Support the HR team in organizing and participating in team-building activities and events.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Help with the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest and passion for the HR field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of HR software and systems is a plus.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Proactive and eager to learn.
Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
