📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and facilities, including forklifts, conveyors, and storage systems.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation and energy efficiency.
• Conduct routine inspections of warehouse facilities to identify and address any potential safety hazards or compliance issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements and optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Work with third-party vendors to manage contracts, schedules, and performance for maintenance and repair services.
• Provide technical support and training to warehouse staff on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities engineering or a similar role, with a focus on warehouse or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems and their maintenance.
• Certification in Safety Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
