As an Executive, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSE programs that align with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, conduct regular audits and inspections, and provide training and awareness programs to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
• Investigate and document incidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in Indonesia and internationally.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing HSE programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
