🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a vocational school or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian vocational education system and curriculum.
• Proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with educational technology tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and other online platforms.
