📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Oversee departmental operations, including budgeting, planning, and resource allocation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve company goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and training as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Handle departmental HR matters, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using office software and HR management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
