📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our property listings and services.,Assisting customers with property searches and scheduling viewings.,Processing and managing customer transactions and payments.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.,Familiarity with real estate market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
