📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models of construction projects using Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the BIM models meet project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
• Generate and manage project schedules, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
• Oversee the entire BIM process, from initial planning to final execution.
• Ensure that the BIM models are up-to-date and accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that the BIM models are integrated into the project workflow.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on the use of BIM software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling or coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to travel to various project sites in Bali.
