📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and leading a team of employees.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.,Assist in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.,Support the Team Leader in achieving departmental targets and objectives.,Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
