📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the service center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the work of the service center staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated.,Monitor the performance of the service center, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed, and that the service center is maintained in a safe and clean condition.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and manage the service center's budget, ensuring that all expenses are properly accounted for and that the service center is operating profitably.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that their feedback is properly addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with automotive service and repair procedures is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
