📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands.,Train and supervise junior store operators and staff.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven ability to manage and supervise a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
