📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new hires.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.,Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
