📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fleet vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of their schedules and any changes.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct regular inspections of all vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Manage and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers and service providers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
