The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for driving efficiency and safety in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain fleet performance metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance.,Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Oversee driver assignments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fleet-related services.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Ensure all fleet activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
