📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure that the branch meets its targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the branch budget, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and that the branch operates within its financial limits.
  • Represent the company at external events and meetings, as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or service industry.
  • A proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
