Electronic City Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced After Sales Service Manager to oversee the operation of our HVAC and electronic product service department. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC or electronic product service management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the after-sales service department, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Coordinate with customers to understand their service needs and ensure their requirements are met.,Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.,Ensure all service activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular service audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and other service materials.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in after-sales service management, preferably in the HVAC or electronic product industry.,Strong knowledge of HVAC or electronic product service standards, regulations, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of service technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using service management software and tools.,Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
